MY PROMISE

      You are my primary concern.  I am dedicated to doing the best I can to find any and all areas that could cause a problem now or down the road.  Doing condos, townhouses, and villas, I will not only check windows, doors, and appliances.  I will check outlets, electric fixtures, air handlers, and hot water heaters.  My reports are easy to read and will have an explaination if the defect is minor with minimal cost or major requiring a liscensed contractor.
