Houses:       Starting at $25 per visit, weekly inspections recommended

Condos:        $20 per visit bi-weekly   $15 per visit weekly

Villas:          $20 per visit

These are for general inspections.  Each home will be inspected per your direction and pricing will be based on size, frequency, and services requested.  I hope to walk through your home as if you are doing it yourself.

Inspection reports and billing will be mailed monthly for houses and every 2 months for condos.  Minor issues will be noted on the report.  Major issues I will call you immediately.
